​When was the last time reading the news actually made you wiser?

Not more informed—wiser.

We scroll through headlines hoping to feel smart. But real insight doesn’t come from reacting to surface-level chaos. It comes from stillness, from watching the long arc of truth, not its daily contortions.

Today’s news is a performance, not a pursuit of understanding.
Its actors are paid in clicks.
Its plots are engineered for emotion.
Its value? Almost always negative.

It conditions us to chase dopamine instead of depth.
To confuse urgency with importance.
To react without thinking.

The result?
A mind full of facts but empty of clarity.
A soul wired for anxiety but disconnected from meaning.

Here’s what they won’t tell you:

• Speed kills context. When the goal is “first,” truth comes second.
• News sells attention, not accuracy. Your fear is their revenue.
• Narratives rule over nuance. Complexity is crushed to fit an agenda.
• Silence is suspicious. What’s not covered is often more important than what is.

And the worst part?

1. ​Descript: AI-powered video editor and recorder that will save you 7-8 hours if you want to create videos. It lets you edit videos like a Word document. Really cool.
2. ​NotebookLM: This incredible AI tool allows you to talk to your documents, YouTube videos, and whatnot. You can take notes and convert them into a live podcast. Very useful.
3. Little Prince from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry: I found a copy of The Little Prince while talking to a Hungarian girl in a hippie café tucked away in the mountains of Bali. It’s a children’s book written for adults—quiet, poetic, and piercingly true. Every page reminds you what matters once you strip away the noise. If you’ve forgotten how to see with the heart, read it. Slowly.
